Pennyroyal

Its main use is as an emmenagogue to stimulate the menstrual process and to strengthen uterine contractions. Properties: Carminative, diaphoretic, stimulant and emmenagogic. Also known as: European Pennyroyal, Hilwort, Pudding grass.
